How does this work?

What to expect:

Fill out the contact form at the bottom of the home page or email support@propertyemptortc.com
We will contact you within 2 business days from receiving your message. (Usually within 24 hours)
You will be contacted by email and phone to discuss your deal.
An invoice will be sent to you.
Once your invoice is paid and you’ve signed our Service Agreement, we will open your file and start working on it.

We will facilitate your transaction from opening of escrow to close of escrow. During the closing process your TC will be your liaison. All communications will go through your TC. This is to ensure that parties are held to deadlines and your transaction can close on time.

Remember that Property Emptor TC doesn’t draft legal documents. They will work with Title and Closing Attorneys to get the required documents for your transaction. Property Emptor TC won’t negotiate terms for your transaction.
